Players maneuver their workers on a board made up of various hexes to construct houses along two rivers. Each turn, some hexes provide payouts in either money, used for building houses, or lumber for dam construction. Victory comes to the first player who completes all five buildings (four houses and one hacienda) or a hacienda plus three riverbank houses, while also reshaping river flows with dams.
