This game was the first to feature Icehouse Pieces, with an initial batch of 100 sets sold in black boxes in December 1989. Gameplay is continuous, allowing players to place pieces at their own pace for attacking or defending, and scoring occurs only when time ends or all pieces are used. Additional Icehouse sets were made later, leading to the release of Looney Pyramids with no accompanying rules.
